I just completely redesigned Dumb Criminals. The new design is cleaner and easier to navigate than anything I've had in the past. If you haven't seen it, or it's been a while, definitely go check it out!

So I may be a little behind on the times, but I read that due in part by inspiration from this site, two guys planned to go and break 40 laws. Who are they, and did they do it? If someone knows how I can get in touch with them (or you happen to be reading this yourself!) get in touch with me. I'm definitey interested in hearing about your adventure.

I'm a believer now. In fact, this borders on ridiculously amazing. I actually got my photo iPod in the mail, my friends have gotten theirs, and my Mac Mini is on the way. I've decided to share the wealth by telling everyone about a few more opportunities. All you have to do to qualify is do one offer (many of them are free!) and then have some of your friends do the same. If it's available, I recommend the Blockbuster movie service. My roommate found it through freephotoipods.com and we've been getting tons of great movies ever since. To make it even better, if you sign up you'll get credit instantly. Free Photo iPod Free Mac Mini Free iPod Shuffle Again, I'd really like to encourage everyone to take advantage of all these offers. Even if you don't see something you want, get it anyway and sell it on eBay. Trust me, it's easy. All you have to do is sign up for one free offer and refer a couple friends and you're done. It won't cost anything, it isn't uncomfortable, and there aren't any needles involved.

The web publshing industry doesn't sit still, and neither do I! Recently I acquired a site that helps consumers find the perfect credit card. I know that when I was searching for my first credit card, I had no idea where to go or what to do. So, what did I do? I called up my bank and got a card with a low limit, no benefits, and a difficult online management system. Don't let this be you. My new site, VisaCardOnline.com has all the information you need to make an informed credit decision. Whether you are interested in low APR, rewards, cash back, credit-rebuilding services, or prepaid credit cards, you'll find it here. Take a look through the site and if you find a credit card you like, apply! After all, it's free -- what do you have to lose? I think you'll be surprised by the options you have available.

If I'm going to post all these updates, then I should at least put a face to the name. For better or for worse, here it is.

If you're a regular, then you already know this, but if not, I'll tell you now. I have just launched an *extensive* redesign of the Dumb Network. In the six years I have run these sites (sigh...I've been doing this since I was fourteen, isn't that ridiculous?), this is the biggest change I've ever made. However, it isn't all butterflies and roses -- there are still some kinks to be worked out in the system. This is where I need your help! If you notice an error, let me know! If you see some way that the sites can be easier to navigate or more fun to read, tell me that too! You can always get in touch with me at andy@thedumb.com. Thanks for all the help!

Wow -- I'm both amazed and flattered by the response I got when I announced the forums would not be back. Honestly, I got to feeling a pretty bad about the whole thing, so I sat down and took a second look. I don't know if it was an epiphany or simply luck, but the forums are back up and running. All the user accounts, all the posts, all the postcounts, everything (except some smilies -- we'll see about getting those back too).
Check out the forums at their new address: http://www.thedumb.com/forums

After a three day battle with my old forums database, I am going to have to throw in the towel. Thanks to everyone who helped make the Dumb Laws Forum a success, it's been a great four years. Perhaps one day we'll see the return of the forums, but in the meantime I'd like to focus on the core of the network -- the content sites such as Dumb Laws, Dumb Warnings, and the others. Thanks again, and keep checking back for more updates!

A brand new website on the greatest part of school lunches: the squeeze drinks. Check out SqueezeDrinks.com!
Three months and countless ounces of juice later, SqueezeDrinks.com is finally unveiled. We hope to continue to provide in-depth, unbiased information about the hottest commodity to hit elementary school campuses. The age old Capri Sun vs. Kool Aid dispute may never be settled, but we know one thing is for certain: a drink isn't a drink unless you can squeeze it.
